Seemingly never ending Iowa MBB thread (still going.....)

ISU has 4 guards shooting as well, or better than Bohannon from 3.

Actually ISU has 2 guards shooting better than Bohannon, one of which has attempted about half the number of 3's than Bohannon has.

ISU has 2 guards shooting a lower percentage from 3 than Bohannon, Naz and Morris.

Dang it, I knew I was missing someone. Totally my bad, and that would make my "no" even more certain. No way he'd see the court unless it was scrub time.

And the Jok/Jackson argument was pretty fun. There is no doubt about it that Jok is the better shooter and Jackson the better defender. I think Jackson will have a great career at ISU though, he'll continue to excel. Too bad he wears those darn ugly colors...

I always wonder how much the 2 years in high school Jok just dealt with the pain in his knees stunted his growth as a player. He looked like he could barely move up and down the court.

Then again... I also wonder what would have happened had freaking Lefty Moore remembered he wasn't actually a coach...

True, you don't think going 8-10 could have had something to do with that though?

So those dont count?

I will just throw out his 0-6 at MSU, he is actually shooting 41.0% from 3 then if we can remove entire games from his stats.

Im not saying that, I just think its fair to point out that prior to him going off for a once in a lifetime shooting night, he was behind both of them.

We'll see if he can stay ahead of them for the rest of the season, that will be the real test.

Morris is at 0.390. Naz is 0.388, Bohannon is at 0.395. I'm calling those a wash. Bohannan was at 0.370 prior to the Maryland game, fwiw.

Going 0-fer is more probable than hitting 8 threes in a game. So if you throw out both Naz and Bohannons best shooting nights they both end up almost exactly at .370 %.

But why would you throw them out? I guess you could say they are statistical outliers, but they still happened. It's pointless.

Oh... yeah not my intention at all. I would prefer to just beat both but if losing to Iowa in CHA means ISU wins in the Phog... sign me up.
Well duh, any conference game, whether it be football or basketball, is more important than an Iowa-Iowa State game. But, that is just my opinion.
