Sorry @Gonzo but I have a new favorite Hawkeye poster even if he did vote for Uthoff for the Wooden Award
My whole schtick if anyone wants to know is because this is exactly how you guys sound to Iowa fans that come on here. Throwing insults, picking and choosing things to fit your own opinion, saying everything sucks, making flat out dumb arguments that make no sense, being extremely stubborn and not giving anybody any credit. Call it trolling if you want, but this is exactly what you guys do.
Not very much fun is it? This is my last post on this forever because Im burnt out on Iowa. If any Iowa fans read this, just know this represents about the 10 craziest people in our entire fanbase, not all of us are like this.
I'm an ISU fan first and foremost but I respect the Hawks also. There are actually alot of us out there like this.
Some people take this way too serious.

Don't be sad because it ended. Be happy because it happened. So what am I supposed to do now? I can't believe it's really over..........
I can agree with this but the only difference is we are optimistic about our new coach and you know what you're going to get with Fran
If you look at recruiting and player development, it's obvious CMC will build a solid program. Fran has been there 7 years. He rebuilt with lifelong hok fans. He doesn't have that luxury now and he is getting exposed. The program is going down the toilet.True, we know that Fran has a track record of rebuilding programs, this minor rebuild should be fast and painless really. ISU fan can't be sure if Campbell can rebuild as he didn't have to rebuild at Toledo, he inherited a good team.

Yeah, I was going to say, if you are good at rebuilding you shouldn't have to be rebuilding from scratch this year...Is he going to a different school or what are you talking about? I thought he already rebuilt Iowa

18 Hours from the time he posted lastWhat's the over/under on how many hours/days until Jereboy comes back here?
You think teams don't miss the NCAA ever and teams never have to be rebuilt? Iowa had a lot of Sr last year and are retooling. Now if they miss again next year That is a different story.
Just curious, do you think ISU is a LOCK for the NCAA next year losing as much as they do? If they did miss a year would you think Prohm is some failure?

So you are trying to compare a coach hitting the reset button in year 7 to a second year coach that inherited a bunch of upperclassmen from the previous coach who basically didn't recruit for his last 2 years? Seems like a solid analysis.
I find it comical how you guys are sitting in year 7 under Fran and the main excuse is "welp, at least we aren't still in the Lickliter era."
No situations are ever identical. Keeping a consistent winner in any sport is tough, and doubly tough in Iowa. Dan Mac couldn't do it, Rhoads couldn't do it, Fran couldn't do it and Ferentz doesn't do it. The current ISU basketball run is very impressive. You are in the midst of the longest consecutive NCAA appearance in a row in your entire history. Before this run 3 in a row was the most ever for you guys. That just show how hard it is to accomplish that kind of consistency without a down year or two.
No I don't think ISU will have to rebuild next year because they will be talented. I don't think they make the NCAA though, NIT team probably. 7 straight is incredibly challenging.
