I like the spin going on now on Hok boards. There's a lot of "We'd be better without Jok" talk going on. Hilarious. Leading scorer in the big 10, but meh, they'd be better without him...

Agreed. Only way for me to rationalize that loss at this point is to believe that our guys felt more pressure since no one thought Iowa would beat them, and Iowa was able to just come out and free wheel all over the place on us since they had no pressure on them at all. Still sucks to have lost that game.

We didn't feel pressure. We thought we could beat them blindfolded and were flat-out not ready to play.
Was a captive audience today watching the Illinois Iowa game. Don't normally watch Big ten. Literally LOL'd several times at how both teams tried SO hard to lose. I was actually starting to think, "yeah, the Big Ten really DOES suck this year."
Then I watched a portion of the Purdue/MSU game and thought both those teams looked athletic and talented.
