Doesn't get much worse than a 100+ RPI team. They'd have to lose some random cupcake in the non con to have a much worse loss.
It wont be 100+ loss by the end of the year.
He's actually had really good games against the top 2 teams in the country, so I would say no that's not true.
Don't set those goals too high, you might accidentally find a way to be disappointed with your bad basketball team.
Anybody who was expecting NCAA tourney this year for Iowa is an idiot.
How is your team performing to preseason expectations?
I was hopeful for an NIT team this year and still hopeful that happens. Hard to make it to the NCAA every year and Fran has been to three in a row. Makes ISU's six in a row even more impressive. I think both streaks end this year though. Hopefully Iowa can return to the NCAA tourney next year.
Fran has only been to two in a row. Lost in the play in game the one year and didn't get in
I cant even watch Big 10 basketball. Its so watered down now since theyve added crap schools like Rutgers and Nebraska. Its also impossible to get a read on what teams are good because of the extremely unbalanced schedule now. When 7 or 8 teams are around the 4-5 mark thats not a good sign.
Don't think it makes a lot of sense on predicting game by game, 9-9 is pretty likely as well.
I think:
OSU, OU, TCU at home. Hope for UT on the road, and one of Baylor home, KSU road, or TTU road.
Anybody who thinks a play in game loss in overtime to some crap SEC school is something to be proud have has issues.
