I understand you're trying to be funny, but this second half was the definition of all of the metaphors - crushing the throat, slamming the door shut, sticking a fork in them, nailing the coffin shut, keeping the foot on the gas, etc. Zero complaints with that second half.

Yes totally joking here. I was honestly scared of this game just because of what Kansas State has always done to us, so to do what we did was freaking awesome. My biggest fear today was losing this game and not being able to enjoy the Bedlam game tonight. I don't care if we've only won six games in this series since 1990, today was freaking awesome!
