Season Ticket Question

My seat selection time isn’t until tomorrow, but when I log in to the cyclones.com site it tells me that I don’t have any tickets. Maybe I’ll just call tomorrow ‍♂️
Is the renewal process over? All renewals need to be done before they will assign new season ticket holders a seat
 
Yeah, I'm probably not changing either, but I really would like to be able to get in.
It looks like you have to hit the correct link. I tried one link and it said I had no tickets. Went to a different one and the selection screen came up. Not sure exactly which one it was now.
 
Had my chance to change seats at 11:45am today and it worked fine. I kept my seats, but the system seemed to be working.
 
I just tried the website on my phone and still can’t get past the “this event has no seats available” sign, after logging in.
 
So another question I bought seats for the first time for the $99. When I go to preview the seats it also says I need to donate $375. I take it I need to pay the $375 for any reserved seats?

I don't think that is true. Maybe it is pulling up a past donation and trying to get a renewal.

Update on our account this morning: after trying a few more times, I called the ticket office. After some conciliatory conversation on their part, they asked to log in to my account as me. Hmmm, what I've been seeing is also what they saw. So now, hopefully, a manager is looking into the issue, which is not on my end.

I have had the same issue.

Have you called them? The more they know something is a problem (and the public is aware) the more likely it can be addressed sooner.

Yes I called them and we got it squared away.
Question on the points system, money you donate to the Cyclone NIL and RCTC does not count I assume?
 
I got it to work. Section 127. I logged in numerous times and it showed no events available. Fwiw, opening the page from the link in the email finally worked.

That's what I tried first. Sigh.
 
Darn. For me, the second link shown here didn’t work but the first link did.

I tried both, using different browsers and only got irritated. I was vindicated though when the ticket office person couldn't get to the right place either using my log-in info.

I wasn't able to complete my purchase of the Get Juicy t-shirt box until I switched browsers. In Chrome, it wouldn't open the page with shirt size. Switched to Safari and it worked fine. Maybe this is a similar problem.

The person I talked with this morning pretty much said it has to be something with the website, so I’m going with that. However, I tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari on a laptop, and Safari on my phone. No idea what she was using.
