I bought a 17" Blackstone that I have been using for a few years now. I got the hose that allows me to attach it to a 20# LP tank. The things I like about it are the versatility and how easy it is to clean and transport especially compared to grill. Anyway...

What does everybody have on the menu this weekend? What are your favorite things to cook?

I think I am going with cheesesteaks.

Do you still bring a grill? I have a old Coleman road trip with the full griddle that is getting pretty beat up after 10 years. Walmart has the 17inch Blackstone on sale for $84 so was thinking about moving to that. Any issues cooking brats or chicken on it?

Breaking in the new tailgating grill this weekend (first season with season tickets) - keeping it simple and doing burgers and dogs.

Also have a blackstone, great tailgating grill. This weekend will depend what time I park. Really like to make Egg sandwiches with bacon and cheese for morning games.

My typical lunch Item would be Juicy Luicys or Phillys. I have done the hibachi stuff but its too time consuming.

Once my current grill dies... I'm switching to a Blackstone. So much easier to cook and clean. More versitle as well!

Our menu is breakfast burritos for brunch and brats/burgers with campfire beans and about 2000 ham and cream cheese wrapped pickles

We are in the RV lot and I have a 36" Blackstone we bring. We will be making smash burgers Friday night. Then Saturday we will be having bagel breakfast sandwiches. Lunch will be simple with hot dogs, pulled BBQ pork and chicken for sliders. Then supper we will break out the Blackstone again for carnitas tacos.

Tell me about the Blackstone -- is it portable, tabletop, etc? I think I've seen both. If portable, how easy to set up and take down, and what's the size/shape when collapsed? We have a Coleman road trip and just saw a small chunk of one grill row is missing. Probably happened toward the end of 2019 and we figured we'd wait until the next season to replace. This is the next season.

No grill for me and I have not looked back. I have not found any issues finding a way to cook anything. For example, I cook/boil my brats in beer first then crisp them up on the flat top.

This is what I have and I love it! I put the grill right on top of my tailgate and go to town. See pictures in the Amazon link. As I previously mentioned I added a hose that allows me to attach it directly to a LP tank instead of using the little green camp stove tanks.

Gonna go into Fareway Friday afternoon and get two of everything at the meat counter. Wash it all down with ice cold beer, throw in some chips and dip, and I'm ready to scream my lungs out.

Thank you for the info and link. This is one that I found, and wondered if the size was only in tabletop. I'm looking for a stand-alone version, at least at the moment. My RAV4 doesn't have a tailgate :)

You can use this one with or without the stand. You can also use 1 pound tanks or the adapter and 40 pound tanks.

These aluminum tables works good too. Especially for $25.
