Walter Woods was on crutches with his foot in a boot during the OKST game. Hopefully its nothing too severe and he can get in some of those bowl practices (assuming we make one) Those can really help develop the young guys for next year.
ummm no. we return Money, SedJ, DD, Williams, and lenz... not worried about WR as Jennert and Blanton are RS'ing and we had Young from JUCO and West.
I think Donnie Jennert will put on some much needed weight this off season and end up being a standout option next year. I remember watching some of his nike camp footage and he was making some ridiculous grabs. Hes one of those guys who goes up and attacks the ball instead of letting it come to him. Watching him really reminded me of Blythe!!!
hopefully west and young can bring speed back to our WR position... something we havent had in awhile, and havent had a real threat since jj moses

i was also thinking that we should use lenz as our wes welker type. darks had injury problems this year but is an amazing route runner. needs to stop dropping passes and he could be good. we also return jake williams, who has had a huge season! money will be back and i have heard good things about jennert. also heard good things about lonzie range but havent seen him play at all this year so maybe he's not that good. i think we will be fine at WR next season... i think we need to worry about our defense

and wtf is up with sed??? why has he not been a factor this season? i picked him as my most improved player this season and he has 4 yards on 4 catches. awful!!
I don't get the rip on Darks and the free pass for Lenz. Lenz has dropped as many passes this year as Darks. Darks has not dropped much of anything thrown his way this year since he has been healthy. I like both of them and I think they will both be good but I just don't get people that rip Darks and in the same breath say great things about Lenz. Not meant to be a slight on Lenz at all. I like him a lot.
My bad on Lenz.. hes a pretty solid player for next year. Jake Williams is good' too.
But we need some bigtime Big 12 type receivers.... a Lane Danielson or RJ Sumrall type.
Sed? really? Does he have more catches or fumbles this year? I do think he is almost to double figures in season receiving yards. He has done nothing in 2 years. His final 2 might be ok, but as of right now its a HUGE long shot to think he will contribute.

for listing guys who have proven they can play Big 12 football. Nobody out of that group has proved than can put together a big game against Big 12 DBs. I really hope that they all turn out great, but my point was we have nobody that has proven to do it on a regular basis.

Disagreeing won't get it done. They have to do something on the field. Lenz has shown some reliability and drive, but we need some wide-outs that can produce something. Gotta have those guys who can catch the ball, make people miss and reel off the YACs. From where I sit, we need help.
