I don’t think King is a true SG either. Obviously a big SG transfer would be a game changer but it’s hard to imagine if ISU rolls with a combo guard at the 2 that it would be King over Williams.Looking ahead if all that can come back do.
PG: TL, Williams
SG: E. King, Fish, Hamilton
SF: Momcilovic, Watson
PF: T. King, Biliew
C: Jones, Ward
Pretty obvious we'll be in the market for a big and probably a SG.
The 3-5 will also be interesting. Milan will stretch the floor more but Omaha can score a variety of ways and gives incredible defensive flexibility. Starting Williams at the 2 and Omaha at the 4 probably gives enough length and flexibility to play Tre at the 5 a lot.
I also think the post season meeting with Watson goes something like shoot threes until you can’t stand it then shoot some more. If he can knock down threes he’s going to start and play huge minutes.
