We pay for Peacock through our Roku account.

This is what i got from Roku chat:

"Ok , this issue is been worked by the engineering team once they get an fix for the issue you will get an update some of the devices facing this issue they are working on it. Once issue is fixed you will get an update."

Interesting. I go directly through Peacock. I've never used Roku as an aggregator of content.

When it works is it a better way to see everything? Like your Netflix recommendations?
We have Google TVs and it pushes recommendations to us for our apps and live TV

Everything else works on the app except the Rock Channel. I like it that is does give you recommendations for the different streaming channels. It brings up a "what to watch" listing of all the different streaming channels by type like: action, drama, sports, romance, etc. I think its easy to navigate around. You have your account set up with a credit card or whatever you use for payment. If there is something you want order, just hit order and you are set. We pay like $5/month for Peacock.
