Baylor, TCU and KSU doing the most with the least. Michigan State has done well with some good but not great classes too. Stanford but we'll see if it lasts the further they get from Harbaugh.

TCU especially impressive what they were doing before they even got on TV all the time in the Big 12.

Tennessee is probably one of the hottest teams in college football right now. Great coach with amazing tradition, it really shouldn't be that difficult to recruit there.
