Frustrating watching us make the same mistakes every year vs. Iowa but happy we won. Thank goodness Iowa is so bad lol

We beat a bad team with a historically bad offense and what appears to be an overrated defense. I sincerely hope the players and coaching staff are not doing cartwheels over this win. If we continue playing like this we won’t be playing in a bowl.
Both. Finally happy we won, but damn it was too stressful - especially the officiating clown show at the end.
Relief with how the penalties at the end made it more frightening than it should have been after the way the defense was shutting things down
Agree totally. We should have won in a walk, and losing in that fashion would have been horrific.
I want to be happy, and am, but that game was so ugly. More just happy I don’t have to listen to Hawk fans for another year

Side note. Their offense is putrid. Their D will keep them in games but they are a 6 win team max. And that’s generous.

Both... because relief that we won and the streak was over and that ugly slug feast was over.
Joy because this is a game we lose most years and we beat the king of bar fights in a bar fight on the road with a young team and are a home win away from being undefeated heading into Big 12 play.

Everyone knows what a horrible streak this has been, why are we shitting all over our own win?
I live in B1G west country and that kind of game is what they call good sound football.
