Man, think about it though. If that dual is close next year and AJ is there 97 lber. A rematch with a healthy Bastida to take the lead in the dual…. My god, Kaity bar the door.

I’m not sure Anthony is a game changer. I guess it depends on which weight he goes and his ability to transition to college wrestling especially with a year away.
Also Anthony's problems aren't as public as AJ's are. Many don't know his issues.

Honestly it is smart of the Ferrari’s to pick the one school whose fans have shown to be completely unscrupulous. They know that the Iowa fans will defend everything they do no matter what, they have laundry list of examples of it. Such an absolute perfect union.
Wonder if overcoming SA allegations was part of the Brands recruiting pitch. They can definitely relate.

125 - Ayala is good, but he’s not guaranteed bonus (or maybe even win) like Spencer was.
133 - Teske is solid, I like our guys at 133 too
141 - obvious advantage Iowa
149 - I like Paniro over any of them
157 - Siebrecht is solid, not writing Kraisser off if he keeps improving like he did this year.
165 - Carr
174 - Brands is stingy and just placed 5th, which is crazy.
184 - Assad likely favored over whoever we have but he’s not unbeatable
197 - guessing Yonger stays 197 and he has a shot to beat whoever they have. Even AJ Farrari if he’s able to wrestle
285 - Cass regardless of who we have
We’re underdogs but even if we don’t land anyone else it’s not impossible.
