Good, I'm glad this won't drag out very long. If we get him, great. If not, we have an opportunity to focus our attention on Strong and Bone. In fact, if we don't get Simpson on Wednesday, I would be shocked if Strong doesn't commit this upcoming weekend before he leaves town.

Good he's announcing early so the staff knows the need for another PG or not.
Canceling his upcoming Miami visit and speeding up his timeline right after the UW offer/visit doesn't appear promising for ISU chances.
We'll know Wednesday, either way.

They've sped up a lot and become fun to watch.

true, wisky averaged 71.9 ppg last year. Not bad, but probably average. Not the slow down 50 ppg that some schools play.

That's only cause they had the personal to run. They had 2 pros. Next year I'd bet they slow it way down again. And average 15 points less a game.

Yeah, better to know now. Wisconsin is serious competition but I wouldn't rule us out of it.

Count on us being a casualty of Monte Morris' future. UW has Koenig who can move to the 2 next year...Xavier does not want to take a chance at sitting his freshman year, even though learning behind MM would do wonders for him ( like MM learning from Kane)
