Would be great to have a Cato-like player again. Not saying he would be that good, just talking about Cauley's length, shot-blocking/ altering potential, etc.

I've seen Cauley play. He's no Cato. Not even close.

He is currently living with the family of former KC Chief and NU Husker great Will Shields for what it is worth.

Multiple sources say that Iowa State doesnt have too good of a chance to land Abrahamson. He is strongly considering Nebraska and Stanford.

KA is not at the top of our list right now. Things would have to happen before we would take him. IMO.
Guard would be only fill with last schollie unless the 2nd coming of Wilt showed up!

You did read further in my post, and see that i said "not saying he would be as good"... Also: "potential" "shot-blocking", "length" etc?

He is what 16 or 17? And we (cyclone fans) knew Cato as 20/ 21 yr old?

Cauley displayed little athleticism at all. Stood around the basket and used his height to reach over people for rebounds and shots. A 6-4 player avg quality HS player did a decent job of guarding him. Saw little quickness or explosiveness. Only thing I was impressed with was his footwork.
