Recruit: Sam Hauser

I assume Sam is one of the brothers and reason for a lack UW offer as of today.

Hauser isn't wasting any time.

He looks like a good shooters. I like a tall wing that can knock down the 3 ball. Would take him.
 
Wisconsin also just took another forward in the 2015 class and currently has only one ride for 2016, and that will likely go to a PG.

So...who thinks Hauser will take a visit here? With Virginia, Marquette, and assumingly Wisc as places he'll have visited, wonder what his interest in us will be.

Hard to say, but TJ has a lot of work to do jumping in this late on the 2016 class with so many scholarships open, IMO.

Tough spot for us to be in (this year and next) with the turn over of Matt A, Fred recovering from major surgery, and switching recruiting strategies.

We have wide open playing time to sell, so hopefully that's attractive to some highly ranked kids, but we're also coming late to the party (lead recruiter for many of them).

We were so focused on Diallo and assuming we would take transfers, that it's hard to believe that many 2016 kids will be committing in the next 5-6 months.
 
And Sam is off the board.
