The man with the ball, #12 on blue, is Kerwin Okoro, former Iowa State player. This was made the summer before he was here.
Yes, I knew I had watched a similar video to that before, I think it was Oroko playing in that game as well.

Watching their games, he is definitely the most Big 12 ready. Prior to Wednesday's game he was averaging 10 points and 6 rebounds in about 11 minutes. Big body, good hands and body control, and efficient, especially for Juco. Has some of that NY toughness to him. It may be hard to keep him from going back to the east coast.
I know we are in on some very good high school posts for 2015, but I would be fine with signing both Williams and Washington.
He was a 2013 high school kid. Doesn't he have to spend 2 years at JUCO? So he'd be 2015?
2015 unless he qualified out of high school. IHCC also has Dime and Manyang in 2015.
Is ISU still showing interest in Cheick Diallo? I saw his name come up in the past around here, but haven't really seen anything in a month or so. I seem to remember there being concern on his game, but I've been poking around ESPN some and his name seems to be mentioned more and more in the last month plus.
I went to that link and read a few of the articles from this past summer, I believe. I like the physical part, but it also said under-the-rim type guy. Don't we already struggle with that as Georges isn't known for skying for a rebound and some of other guys get jumped over. But guess I don't know if he'd be 2014 or 2015.
He is a 2015 recruit and as 6'8" 255lb physical post rebounding will not be an issue. He is a big-time talent and had he not been a known academic risk, would have already been at a high-major. He did very well against top big men in AAU ball. Williams and Washington would be a great duo. Combine them with Georges and McKay in 2015 and it would be the best frontcourt at ISU in some time.

Speaking of recruits, which nowadays includes transfers for many teams, is that transfer rule definitely changing for sure? The rule where they can graduate and play their last year anywhere without sitting out. Knew there was discussion on it earlier in the season that the NCAA was thinking about.
I'd love to get Henry Ellenson. The dude looks like a stud. Very Royce like. Has an outside shot to compliment his dribbling as well.
Indian Hills beat MCC last night with some current Cyclones in attendance. We are recruiting at least Washington for IHCC. Boy, I wish we could have gotten Scott (ASU signee). For those that have not seen him play, think Foster for KSU with 2 more inches.
