Emmanuel Malou's Coach told IA Elites there is a 9/10 chance he commits to #ISU [New Video] http://iaelites.com/videos/malou/
Before we get too excited, here is an article with insight about ABCD Academy. I am not saying we do not take a chance on Malou, or that he would not be worth it, but it may be tough getting him eligible.

Niang, McKay, Hogue, Nader, Edozie, Percy, and Malou.
Would be a solid group.
Niang, Nader, and Malou all have the capability of bringing the ball up the floor and stretching the defense.

I would love to get this guy as I think he has a ton of skill and potential. I just hope he is eligible, however. I wanted to go to a ABCD Prep game this year as they play a lot of JUCO's here in Iowa, but I couldn't find their schedule online and then couldn't find their website. I did find this, however, which makes you wonder how legit they are. None of their players have Rivals or ESPN profiles. They did place a guy with a D1 program last year, so I hope Malou is okay.

I thought this was discussed a while back, and there was nothing to it? Does anyone really know?

This link has their game against Carl Sandburg CC. At 6'9" the last guy we had that long that moved like that was Brackins.

Why do we include Nader, Hogue, as in this "group"? Haven't we been saying we need more than 6'6"? And why would non-playing guys (for the most part) Percy & Edozie be part of a 'solid' group? If they were anywhere close to solid, our staff would be more willing to use them. Don't get me wrong, I know there aren't Emblid's out there walking the street.

First off, I'm not in this group saying we NEED more than 6'6". I believe it would help but its hard to find 6'8" guys with Hogue and Nader's skill sets. Also, Hogue and Nader fit perfectly as 4's in Fred's system.

Secondly, not every guy on your roster is gonna be some stud that could easily start in place of the other guy. Percy and Edozie are very solid as the 5th and 6th or 6th and 7th big men on your roster. Two huge guys who have game experience and have skill (Percy - post scoring)(Edozie - rebounding/athleticism). Best case scenario is they don't have to play but they are capable of providing decent minutes come a scenario where they are needed.
