Rashon's dunking ability.

I would disagree 100% about McDermott pulling the reigns. There is NO way McDermott is telling them to not dunk the ball. Did anyone else see last night when the ball fell in Hubalek's hands right under the basket with about 5 minutes left? There was foul called right at the same time he was going up with the shot that he nicely layed in. McDermott yelled his way and Hubalek scurried over to the bench. McDermott motioned to him to effin' dunk the ball next time and then laughed and told him to get back in there. At least that is how I saw it. Anyone else see this?

he doesn't have the players that give him the same opportunities as last year, with Blalock and Stinson last year they created numerous opportunities, but this year is is much slower paced, and it seems that when he gets the chance he gets excited and loses control of the ball

Nice video, I had forgotten about that one. Thanks for posting....but please don't tell me you mispelled his name on your upload!?!?

BTW, there are a couple nice dunks available if you search for him on youtube as well, including the Virginia game a couple years back!

I then went back and renamed it but it won't allow me to change it. Life goes on.

Now I wish I could get some video of me dunking it in high school. We're talking 360's, tomahawk, behind my head etc.

Of course the rim was 8 foot tall and I am 6"2.

Of course he's not telling them to never dunk the ball. Sometimes it makes perfect sense. But it would surprise me if he isn't coaching them away from the allyoop highlight reel crap that is practically a turnover due to our low percentage of makes.
