KC 's lack of respect for Boxster, shown near the end of RTT XI was appalling. I' m glad he got to bookend it despite her efforts.

First bike ride of the new RTT. Of course only @NWICY cares but here goes:
Too windy at 21 mph and that gets a little chill when it blowing across a 350 acre lake that's still frozen. And too much for out of shape old man, was more work than leisure for sure. Still got in 20 miles.
Sighted: 3 corgis, 1 scotchie, a 1963 candy apple red Fairlane custom and a 1940's vintage Chevy Suburban Woody (very cool!).

Some days go smoother than others. Started out good and went down hill from there. Lost a front wheel bearing 7 hrs later up and going again. about 4 hrs of repair. 2 hrs of running for parts and 1 hr of locating said parts. Oh well back together and try again tomorrow. Needless to say no bike ride around lakes (or anywhere) for me today.
Son left after supper to actually do homework. If this new girlfriend breaks up with him, I may be the most upset of anyone.
Had to post this in honor of @BoxsterCy's post at the end of the last RTT.....something about !@$%!?!! kids on my lawn......
The vixen and I wore out our green thumbs yesterday. Went to Wally World and bought a bunch of plants - three tomato plants, some peppers, strawberries, a diffenbachia (sp?), etc. Also brought the geraniums up from the basement (they had wintered there) and stripped off the dead leaves, trimmed them back, and gave them a drink.
Gonna be a green summer on our deck!

BTW have fun in Italy @Angie. Have been thinking about a trip there ourselves....we want to visit little villages on the coast, sit and relax and sip wine and eat pasta and just soak up the beauty and calm.......when can we leave?

Update on email, only 86 new while I was out! I'm super impressed it wasn't 2-3x that. Must have done a good job giving people a head's up and getting things directed elsewhere. 23 remain in my inbox to be handled, trying to file/delete as I went through. Nine are all related to one issue though so I really only have like 14 to work on. Not too bad.
