MrsWx has been debating going back to school for nursing after the kids are in school...at Kirkwood. Same thing right?
Move to Texas and she can enroll at Texas Women's Universality. Can't guarantee my wife would give her a passing grade, but can't hurt.

Don't giver her another reason to leave here. She is currently fawning over the Lion cubs at the zoo in Wichita.

Speaking of old music. This almost sounds like an April Fools prank. On April 21st for National Record Store day the album Back in Black will be re released on CASSETTE with a limited production of 2,500 copies.
I wonder if there are still 2,500 working cassette players in existence.

I think I may still have my old cassettes in my storage room, including Back in Black. I had all of AC/DC's albums on cassette at one point. I had nearly 300 cassettes, including several 80's mix tapes (one is awesomely titled Bitchin Hits -)

About 12 years ago I ripped all of my CDs to a hard drive and sold them at a garage sale for $1/apiece. I made $120 and still have a lot of CDs left. I've been too lazy to both trying to sell them and the effort involved to make the minimal amount of money doesn't seem worth it. I'll probably donate them to the library's audio/video section along with a pile of DVDs.

I sorta had a music obsession as a kid.

My wife is looking to get her PhD in nursing education...

from UNLV.
Have the UNLV recruiters come around yet?

Every fall, when we get the "don't date your students" briefing, I think, "Hmm, I'm more than twice their age, nerdy-looking, and excitable as all get out about the nerdiness. Yeah, I'm the hot catch they're looking for."

Yeah, but you also have power over them with their grades. Power trumps looks, brah.

It's kind of like the vixen having an old piece of crockery in the dining room. Do we actually use it? Oh hell no. But it looks cool.

I wonder if some of those young ladies went on to work in the adult film industry NTTAWWT. @cyrocksmypants recognize any of them?

I only got 45 seconds in before i had an epileptic seizure, but up to that point, would, almost all of them. Not the one with the ribbon tattoos on the back of her thighs though. I don’t understand why that tattoo is as popular as it is. It immediately screams “STRIPPER!”

For what it's worth a friend of mine dated his statistics TA back in the day. Started one semester and ended sometime the next semester. She was in her early/mid 20's though.

This San Antonio trip will go well. Asked kids what they want to do. Told them a couple things we would do. Freshman daughter had no idea what the Alamo was. Had to explain it. Then youngest said he wanted to watch the wall being built. Apparently Gustavo in his class is a trump fan and talks about it. Had to tell him that it's not being built. Both kids seem a little less enthused right now.

San Antone isn't exactly on the border, either. Might want to have them brush up on geography in addition to history. :D

Whoops......I found out I was wrong. That slaughter version of up all night was all that showed up when I first googled. My 10 year old asked to see what band we are going to (its my wife's friend's choice, I would rather stay home). So I regoogled and found one with the band. That's probably the more official one.

Now I'm not sure if the lead singer is male or female.

Gotta feeling I'm going to see this guy there.
