Whoever organized this 4th chapter should experience all the pains written inside.
Wait, no, never mind. I don't need that.

Just saw again how brutal the section on slave punishment is. I had to cover my own eyes reading that. Some of these readers don't know exactly what they're in for. Suckers.

When we had to stop to let Loyola get on the bus, my son and I watched this guy come out and we both agreed he was the team manager because he was so pudgy and out of shape. Proves we never watched Loyola. He’s their starting center.

He looks skinnier on TV.

Krutwig? No, he doesn't!
He's 6'9" and 260...and a true freshman. He's still got that layer of baby fat like Georges had. :)

Watching them now. They've been leading since the 7 minute mark of the first half. They've led by as much as 10 pts. It's a TO right now; 7.31 minutes left, 47-44 Loyola....and Mich just tied it up. :(

Game was 6 minutes too long for Loyola:(. Heck of a run though to make the final 4 as a #11 seed.

Tried the best pork tenderloin in Iowa 2017 version it was good not huge but really nice flavor and thickness. 2 Exile Ruthies while watching the game and that for supper not a bad nite.

Work was good today other than the wind, actually blew so hard my trunk wouldn't stay open while putting stuff away.

Still have to make a salad for family Easter gathering tomorrow.

We just finished our 3rd annual Easter scavenger hunt. It's a little tradition we started to ease her out of the Easter Bunny phase.

I stumped my daughter on two riddles, and she had to ask for help. My wife caved quicker than I would have. I was willing to make her think about it all day.

Joke from church today:

A retiree moves down to Florida. He buys a buys a brand new corvette. He drives it off the lot and takes it up on the interstate. He gets it up to 60,70,80, letting the wind blow through the little bit if hair he has left. He then sees a Florida state trooper behind him with the lights on. The old man goes faster, 100,110,120. After he gains some distance, he thinks to himself, what am I doing? He pulls over and allows the state trooper to catch up. The trooper comes up to him and says, "my shift ends in 15 minutes, if you can give me a good reason for speeding, something I've never heard before, I'll let you go." The old man replies, "3 years ago, my wife ran off with a Florida state trooper, I thought you were bringing her back. "

Was driving in Ames today and noticed HP's parking lot empty. Since when do they close for Easter? Most eateries and probably cleaning up today. After the Ames reminisces thread we did Bonanza in Des Moines and that place was packed.

Had Easter at our house but GMIL made everything. Not sure why we got together since pretty much everyone parents and grandparents included were on their phones most of the time. One of my BILs even put headphones in and sat on the couch playing some game on his tablet for at least an hour.

People have lost social graces. I witness similar behavior and I don't understand the selfishness and rudeness of not putting your electronics away for, what, an hour or two when you have company.
