Getting your wife a nicer rack as a gift needs to be handle delicately.
On the road an uncovered chain will play havoc with the paint job on your ride so the chain needs to be wrapped.
Naw. Her rack is great as long as it gets a little attention every once in a while.
Actually I was talking about the paint job on the bikes. I wouldn't let even a wrapped chain near the car.
Look at that ear tag.look about like this. Think that's even our type. That newer style is lighter and more prone to flight, even with stakes in the corners. We used to tie cinder blocks to plastic twine and toss them over the top to help keep them down. Sounds like these took flight despite that.
One of the kids on my son's baseball team has two earrings, highlights and about 25 pairs of Nike sneakers. His nickname is Bling Bling.
You can tie yourself to something as long as it goes down 30 feet. You'll be perfectly fine.

@BCClone The paper had an article about our young team. They interviewed our 8th grade battery. Our pitcher is lead off and 2nd on the team for RBIs and has had a couple HR so they talked about her hitting. Later in the article talking about our daughter it says, "Eldest Cybirdy, not the hitter Pitcher is, anchors the defense" She didn't quite like the dig at her hitting, although it is true.
I have a friend who has a daughter playing HS for their town for a new coach this year. The girls and parents are not liking the coach. Does odd substitutions like that. One night they had to complete a game that was suspended for rain. It was already 9-1 when they stopped play, and the night they resumed play the coach's daughter had a game (supposedly a talented player at a different school). He put a girl at SS who had forgot her contacts. She had 3 errors, and they think he just wanted the game over so he could watch his daughter.
