Can I celebrate the fact that I'm now optimistic about the possibility of having a coach who knows what he is doing? I feel bad for Rhoads the man, but I don't feel bad for wanting to get rid of incompetence. Just like if I was incompetent at my job I'd be fired.

I think it's a question of restraint. I feel that we can move on now, hopefully to a better place after the last 3-4 years of everyone hating on the coach every other week. I'm glad a decision has been made, but like 00 said, it's kind of small-minded to gloat about it.

I think it's a question of restraint. I feel that we can move on now, hopefully to a better place after the last 3-4 years of everyone hating on the coach every other week. I'm glad a decision has been made, but like 00 said, it's kind of small-minded to gloat about it.

You two (well, and Lew) are welcome to come over for dinner tonight, just putting a leg of lamb in the oven now after massaging it with salt, pepper, rosemary, soy sauce, and olive oil, and putting it in a roasting pan with a cup of red wine. I'll put some taters in later on.

All the rest of y'all can keep sucking on your lemons...sourpusses.

I guess I'd need to see a specific example of what you mean. The first thing, though, is that sniping on here about co-workers is semi-anonymous, so it's not like you are publically naming an individual as a POS. However, I will say that I'm also a lot more careful about venting on here since becoming a leader, even though there's only a few who know specifically who I am. The one example I'm thinking of with CG venting about the noisy neighbor, she's frustrated with the situation, she's not saying the individual is a POS.

I just think it's funny you guys are in your holier than thou circle jerk, but cast stones at people left and right that aren't in your little circle. But no I'm not at all worked up over what people on here think.
