Oh no, I think the bode part's funny, I meant what's the purpose of having the friends thing on cf? Does it do anything?
Did I mention the free childcare at the 'drinking beer in the church basement' events?
My dad had this as well, it was called go outside and play
We had similar, but it was sometimes made more exciting with the "run uptown and get me a can of Skoal" modification.

Someone made a minion out of what I think was a silage bag and some old tires and random other things. It's probably 20 ft tall, standing along highway 1 between Solon and Mt. Vernon. Noticed it on the way to the apple orchard with the kiddos, had Mrs. take a pic on the way home.
(disregard the ANF, gotta expect that crap over here)

Things are already getting full moon weird.
Driving back from Lake Minnetonka tonight I stop at a stop light after not being able to make it through the long line to turn left. Look in the mirror and see a couple in a black Camry behind me. He looks normal and she is eating soft serve. Normal so far. Light turns and I turn left. I jump on it a little but nothing crazy. I hear loud squealing tires (not mine, I am not 16) and the guy in the Camry has floored it and is trying to pass me on the right. WTF dude, it's not 1965 and I am not driving a muscle and neither are you. I hit the speed limit and let him fly by so his ***** will grow larger and make his wife happy. Of course he abruptly changes lanes right in front of me. I follow for a couple miles and he is changing lanes and zigging and zagging like Hwy 7 is is a NASCAR circuit race. He makes three crazy high speed lane changes in the 1/8 mile before I-494 and that abruptly exits. I take a second look and he is tailgating a another car down the ramp like he wants some car butt action. What a ****in' d-canoe.
