I saw a few horror flicks as a child, gave me bad nightmares and I've avoided them since. I know someday pants is going to make me watch killer clowns from outer space and that was one that stuck out as a kid.

When I was around 11 or 12, my parents & my sisters were out, and I got the bright idea to watch a movie - just me & the dog. It was about birds. No problem, right? Well, no, unless it's a Hitchcock flick. My family got home & found me huddled in a blanket in Daddy's big chair. Every light in the house was on.

Probably wasn't ready to see Suzanne Pleschett's eyes pecked out...

I think I saw parts of it as a kid, but I don't remember the ending. I do remember thinking something about, so that's why people get scared of clowns.

I think there was a Growing Pains episode with a talking painting or ghost. Since I was home alone I turned on all of the lights and the radio. I was really freaked out. I don't remember how little I was.

Killer Clowns didn't bug me. Pennywise, on the other hand...the stuff of nightmares!

Since scary clowns have been mentioned and I am watching Zombieland: Columbus is scared of clowns and especially zombie clowns. In real life actor Jesse Eisenberg's mother was a clown. Oooooh!

Everyone needs to go to the big 12 tournament. Last two years have been absolutely bonkers.

After the win over KU in 2014 we went online...bought two seats in the 11th row, Baylor end, at about the FT line on the press side. Best, closest seats I've ever had for a basketball game. Drove down that morning, drove home after the game. We had a blast!

2015 my sisters planned a freakin' vacation during conference tournament week. We were actually able to catch some of the games on the TV in our cabin...and saw the whole second half of the championship game vs KU. One sister & her hubby joined us. The other sis refused (she's a Longhorn, BIL is an Aggie).

PapaLew & I hope to go down for at least Friday & Saturday in 2016.
