I looked at the OP, decided it was the latest in the outrage social media firestorms where a "SHOCKING" video/story is posted without enough context to make a true judgement, but with enough video detail that everyone thinks they can make a definitive judgement, then everyone starts fighting over how the other people have made their judgements.

Yeah. No idea why it isn't there already.

It might just be my personality but I would have just dragged her and her desk out of the room. That may also be why I am not a LEO.
