I love Tove Lo... From there I have discovered Zella Day, Vérité, Lights, AURORA, Banks, Tegan and Sara, Ryn Weaver, Bebe Rexha, The Knife and Halsey

You got to think of your audience here. Again, how many people in here have heard of Tove Lo before?
I've heard of her and like some of her stuff (granted, I am one of the younger people in here). I liked "habits" until I actually listened to the lyrics, then I got really depressed.

St. George, UT is the next stop. Though I do get one night a week in Vegas as well. :spinny:
I hear it's pretty nice. I don't know if it is very exciting but the scenery is supposed to be cool and there is evidently a big athletic complex where they hold some large baseball tournaments. There is also supposed to be a fairly large retirement population there so... cougars.

I'm pretty sure I've heard of Lights and I own a Tegan & Sara album, the rest I haven't.

Tegan and Sara have some good stuff. Halsey too. I've heard of Verite and Lights, but know nothing about them.

If I said I liked Avicii, 90 percent of RT'ers would think it's a pasta or a famous artist.

I'm a 10 percenter! I actually started looking for more stuff from Aloe Blacc after their work together.

Tove Lo is eh for me, Habits is depressing. I've only heard Avicii's radio stuff. I'm not ashamed to admit I am a top 40 pop lover.

I would have thought artist or a prescription medicine.

I am familiar with a few of the names listed above. My wife and daughters' favorite thing to do to me is change the radio station as soon as they're in the car.

Some night we should have a game show type of thing where we give a pop culture name and a medicinal term or some thing and see if Cowgirl can get it right.

Sigh. Seeing the WHO report and knowing we were going to make Italian sausage for spaghetti tonight.

I knew they had linked diets containing large quantities of red meat to a higher incidence of colon cancer in populations, citiing US rates vs rates in SE Asia. I did not know there was a push to include it as a category one. There are a lot of variables to consider...

Not enough to stop me from eating beef, sorry. I HAVE reduced my consumption over the past 10 years or so, but that's driven more by a desire to keep cholesterol under control than a cancer concern.
