Things to check beforehand:

Is the company store open on Mondays?
Does the network drop in your new office (that no one has used before) work?

Both lessons I learned the hard way today.

I should be focused on my replacement windows but distracted and thinking about a 1958 MGA coupe since I still have garage space left.

Witnessed a pretty impressive car accident this morning. Rain may as well be a blizzard to the people down here and their driving reflects that. 35 mph or so, the guy gets T-Boned by a guy who decided to mash his breaks last second at the light.

I was on 494 this morning around 0445, only a few other cars on the road but one of them was hitting all three lanes. Get up next to him and dude is just face buried in his cell. Wasn't even trying to look at the road.

I can deal with people not being able to handle bad road conditions but I can't stand the drivers that can't just put their phone down while driving. That's just plain irresponsible.

So it is Homecoming week and there are dress-up days each day. Today at the middle school it is -er/-or day (doctor, napper, football player, etc). My oldest was pretty sure she would dress up as a vet/animal doctor but we were thinking of alternatives. Most were not suitable for school. ;)
--bikini inspector (although we changed it to nut inspector for a girl)
--artificial inseminator (vet does cover this, but we could've added shoulder length gloves)
--streaker
-fluffer (okay I did not tell her about this, I didn't think she needed to know what that was yet)

Thankfully you kept hookER off the list

Sharp looking car Boxster do you already have your eye on one?

Yes. Digging through my what to look for stuff if I drive up an look at it. Saved an old British Car magazine from years ago when I got the itch to buy one that featured a MGA buyers guide. When I opened the magazine a picture of my XGF's friends vintage Jaguar XK-120 popped out. We stayed with him in Perth and he had three XK's, one that he rallied in classic car rallies around the world. Yah, he was kinda rich.
