nwicy and others, thanks for the concern, head is fine....though when walking back by the ref at the end of the game, I'm like man, my HEAD hurts, I have a HEADACHE.

There were 4 double flights (about 18-20 steps each) of stairs leading from my dorm to central campus. They used to say that the girls from Coman had the best calves on campus.

I do! My calves are probably the most solid part of my body! In fact, I noticed it in the mirror WHILE doing calf raises!

wait, did we discuss my calves at some point? Because DH totally pointed out a couple nights ago that my right calf is bigger. I was complaining about not liking super tight leg non jean pants because my calves look weird in them. I even try to overcompensate and do more on the left.

Yeah, I'm on the fifth floor of my apartment, so hopefully that helps. Got to look good for when I start wearing the kilt.

Now that KC is back to provide senior oversight I can take my sabbatical.

Mrs00 got a packet of sunflower seeds at the hippie food store on earf day, so she and the boys planted them along the garage. Of course, I came in and said "Hey, those are getting big, I'ma harvest them!" and she looked at me with the "oh, another project".

Now roasting sunflower seeds from the biggest head, the rest I roasted last weekend and have been eating them all week.

Not a lot of yield on the smaller ones, but they're not a specific breed for seed production, so I'm not surprised. Taste good, though.
