Working in Mn. friend's son is on the team, I would rather watch in person BB, than TV football, so a quick trip to Winona for hoops. Walked thru 2 or 3 buildings on way to the gym, they all seem pretty nice. The students I talked to were friendly (needed directions to the gym). Seems like a nice campus even though I only saw it in the dark.

Wierd weekend. Very happy for the guys and especially Lazard. Happy for the folks who made the trip.....I have made that trip to Lawrence before and I hope it is a happy memory.
I have actually reached a stage in my life that I was happy for the Hawkeyes....very much so. The biggest drama to me at the end of the game was if the students were going to storm the field or if Fun-Hating Merica and the trial-lawyer-created internal security forces were going to keep the fans off the turf with tazers and batons. Not sure when the last time they rushed the field at Kinnick was, but I know it is verbotten. Good for the kids and the young at heart. It looked like a scene from the 1980's except with drone video coverage. I look forward to some court storming at Hilton and getting back down on the turf after a game at the Jack someday.

living room painted too. That was a lot of painting. Looks pretty good, now to see how the trim looks when I take off the tape. And to convince DH we should have Salvatore's pizza tonight and then for him to go get it. Ha. He'd be fine ordering it but I bet he doesn't want to go get it. But I would like to shower.

Need to get one of those blowers that will suck up the leaves and blow them back out info the neighbors lawn. My mom always wants me to blow the neighbors leaves back at his house but I don't feel like dealing with him.
Went shopping for vacation clothes today. Week from today I'll be at Disney.
