I pulled them up on facebook and they had a valentines special. Also showed days they were closed due to weather. Maybe they used the old closing excuse to change suppliers?
I thought the assessments were only supposed to change every other year. Ours has went up for four years straight now.

Honestly, working at Northern Lights through COVID, we had so many customers close down temporarily or permanently, that I'm probably misremembering it. I wouldn't be surprised if they changed suppliers either. That timeframe is such a blur anymore.
We didn't receive one either. However, I KNOW we will be getting an increase, because they came out and walked through our addition in January, following up on the permit we obtained to build the room, decks and gazebo.
