Sandals, I agree with the fashion person who said, unless your name is Jesus, a male shouldn’t wear sandals. They said flip flops and slides are okay (I will only do slides) if it’s like the beach or something like that.
 
For those people who have changed their name or may go by a different name, a question. When you call a person you haven't talked to for quite awhile, do you use your maiden name to place yourself or your current name? Got a call from an old classmate about business, had left a message and she just used her first name so I didn't know who it was. When we finally talked, she introduced herself by her maiden name, although I know she is married and probably would have recognized her by that name (although it slips me now and I need to find out to save her number in my phone since she is a contact for something).
 
I've changed my name twice. Each time, I have used my married name, and if I thought the person might not recognize me I will say "you might remember me as KL or KA".

In that class, we had 15 kids, so if she told me from school it would have been pretty quick.

My contact list is filled with people the easiest way to remember never have changed any of the nieces names in my phone. I've got some husband/wife combinations that I work with through my job and I usually have them listed by their name and then the spouse that goes with them.

I use my call sign. or handle. depends if I am talking to a boomer or not.

I go by a nickname for my friends and family. At work I go by my first name which is legally the shortened version of a longer name. So some times colleagues or clients call me the longer version and I completely miss it because it's not actually my name.

CWW#2 was born AGC and was AGZ when I met her, than changed it to GC with no middle name. No sure now but thinks she is now GC-C. If I ever run into her at an airport of something I pretty sure I'm going to goin 'Well, I wasn't expected to see AGZC-C here!". That's excluding her nickname of GB. :rolleyes:

Spikeball might be the dumbest “sport” of all time. It’s one thing putting it on something like ESPN ocho once a year, but the amount of air time espn gives it is astounding. They have a coed thing on right now which looks like father/daughter or something. It was like watching the people play it for the first time. It was laughable

Why would I ever change from my given name of Hercules Adonis Rapier?

Two of my closest friends from college have the same first name that I do. We all went by shortened versions of our last name. I can remember meeting a girl one time. The second time I saw her somebody called me by my actual name and she responded, "That's not your name. Your name is (shortened version of last name)."
