Fierce internal debate going on over whether to drive over to LifeTime and workout or not. Lot-o-snow likely to accumulate over the next few hours.

I'd do it right away, but then I took a week and a half off once the weather here bottomed out.
Apaprently, a lot of people in the class time ahead of mine and my own were sick last month. I suspect I've located where I found the COVID.

I am leaning towards a pajama day. Can always do crunches/situps or something to fool myself into thinking I'm not just being a lazy ****.

Find a big hill, go to the bottom and try to walk up it if it’s icy like it is around here. You will show 2 miles on your pedometer while only going 100 feet.

25° here so no freezing ****. Yet. Going to warm into low 30°'s later this afternoon. Probably just get heavy wet snow on top of the lighter stuff already falling.

Boxster working out at home.

A red rifle BB gun with a compass in the stock?

Pajamas would have been a good guess to.

Vintage Crosman 760 was hissing air. Thing has to be 50 years old. Wasn't mine, was my dad's for chasing sparrows from the exterior aluminum window shades. Googled around for fixes and parts. Think it's something I could have managed. Than saw them on sale for $44 and said to heck with the repair.

I should look, when my sister and I took gun safety, our dad bought us air rifles. My sister never opened hers, I should see if it’s still around the farm house.

Toro'd the driveway and shoveled the porch/walk. Not heavy snow and not very cold so not an elderly man heart attack inducer. DND.

Anybody ever see You Bet You Life with Jay Leno? He seems so bored doing it. I doubt he needs the money, is he just that greedy for more?

For the left behind in 22 thread.

When someone sends out an update on something like, no rotary meeting tonight; the jackwagons that feel a need to hit reply all and say thank you, got it, or anything at all.

My day started with witnessing a pretty gnarly rear-ending.

Was approaching the light at Camp Dodge in Johnston heading west, and the light turned yellow. Definitely not speeding, but wet roads and slight decline made me let out a "Drat/Crap/Dangit." (Take your pick) I wasn't in any danger, just frustrated.

The car in the left lane was some type of sporty thing, and I heard him rev his engine to beat the light. This is what went through my head

"You jerk."
*sees car in front of Sporty stopped at light*
*audibly* "Eeeeeee....."
*CRUNCH!!!!!*
"yep."

Entire rear bumper came off the Corolla stopped at the light. Sporty McSportster was not so sporty anymore. For a split second, I weighed whether I needed to stay as a witness. Nah. Cut & dry rear-ending, and Camp Dodge should have cameras.

The weirdest part is that I had no rush of adrenaline from witnessing it. I think having a close to two seconds warning that it was going to happen was part of it. I also attribute this weird thing I do, which is watch dashcam footage of people being idiots with their cars.
