I'm not even IT support but the last 40 minutes of work have been 3 different phone calls. One because couldn't create an account (because his password wasn't long enough despite it saying on the site it needs to be 12 characters), one for a lady who forgot her password and couldn't figure out how to reset it, and one because its the year of our Lord 2023 and this guy bought a .zip file and doesn't know how to extract it.

Yeah, a year or two ago we had a package that popped up as delivered but it wasn't at the door. I looked at the picture they took and it was on the porch of a brown house. Our house isn't brown. I walked down the block and about 4 doors down our neighbors with a brown house had a package on their porch. Sure enough, it was our package. I probably wouldn't be going up on other people's porches to check the packages if I didn't know ours was on the porch of a brown house.
Yes, I rang their doorbell and showed them the address on the package before I took it. I didn't want to be accused of being a porch pirate.

Except for the money. I'll stop by BC's place on way to collect some cash. Just spent a lot of mine on daughter's martial arts training. Once she's all trained up she can come on Boxster saving missions, too. Have an extra gatling--who wants to do some south of the border shooting?

That guy (manatee) is annoying. He follows people into the game (mafia, fb/bb elimination games, etc) and harassed them.

Let us know. The rental on these gatlings is kinda' pricey.
So far, so good. Kids are gone so just sister and me this week so much quieter!
Edit: Sister's friend's hubby who got COVID was down and out for a few days just sleeping but is feeling better.
People still don't understand how to correctly do a desktop shortcut.
In the mainframe world I had my go to guy when I couldn't figure something out. He retired, and it seems I'm now the guy people come to when they can't figure out how things work
