Got a 4K player so I can start a 4k blu ray collection. I bought myself Casablanca, Interstellar, and Top Gun Maverick, and then received Shawshank Redemption and Casino Royale.

Apparently came down with a gout attack in my knee. Went to the ED this morning to get some good pain meds.

The ED to get pain meds? If you are there for over 4 hours you may need to go to the ER.

I moved my TV off the wall and put it in TV middle of my living room, now I have more room for posters.

Emergency department. I have been trained by my hospital working wife. It isn’t a room it is a department.

Just saw this on one of the gate signs in the airport (they’re way more advertising than gate numbers):

Oh they know but they still call it a department internally. Same goes for my good friend that works at the hospital in Independence. Surgery, psych, emergency, L&D etc are all departments.

They are called bays in the ER (or ED).
