Husband gets home from work
"Wait, did you do laundry THIS morning?"
[I had woken him up really quick so that he wouldn't "panic" wake up about it]
"Yyyeeeessss..."
"Oh. Thank you. I had no clue."
I'm wondering if he thought I woke up to use the bathroom and discovered it...orrr...I'm confused.
Just febreeze it. When I worked at McDonalds we got two shirts. So I always wore a T-shirt under them and could get by if I had to.
Was he in the books? I never read them.
He just kind of disappeared from the movie but was certainly interesting.
I wish they would have either gone with similarities to 'Jaws' (eerie) or 'Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind' (more about the discovery) in the original. It's a classic but it's also basically just a monster movie and as time has gone on I dislike more characters.
Yeah, dropping your best character halfway through a movie is never a great idea.
Hammond, Grant (even if clearly written for Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones), and Malcolm are good characters with interesting things to say, perspectives, and developmental arcs throughout the film.
Three decent characters in a special effects/action movie is three more than you usually get.
But yes, the second half basically turns into a creature/haunted house film... but it is a really good one.
I do like that Tembo is an antagonist but not a caricature and despite originally being against and eventually cooperating with the protagonists, he doesn't change his moral compass.

The guy suing was making the point based on his current career so far that Hall of Fame isn't going to happen. It was the pro basketball HOF.

Without looking I think Robert Parks was the longest serving president.
I have an advantage on this question. I remember he started serving as president not long before I was born and he retired when I was a student at ISU.
