Okay, I thought maybe you messaged my mom or sister on FB, but neither one of them are great at keeping a secret, so I figured that wasnt it.

Now, the gf isnt here, wont be back until Friday, I will let you know how she reacts. Only problem is we will have to explain the cat hair to the girls....
Yeah...sorry about that. They have to investigate EVERYTHING. :(

Saw an earlier version of this yesterday with fewer names. Did they think the city of Armstrong was their own bank account? https://whoradio.iheart.com/featured/who-radio-news/content/2021-02-16-fifth-armstrong-iowa-city-official-charged-in-misconduct-investigation/

That's going to be quite the small town scandal before it's over. Unluckily they'll probably all get probation with a low percentage of restitution. Other than the embarrassment of getting caught white collar city crime doesn't get you near as much trouble as robbing a convenience store.

Well off my soap box sorry for the rant.

New pet peeve from grad school. Not being able to find out what you missed on a quiz/test.

That would suck how do they expect you to learn from that or is it not cumulative where it builds upon the previous?

This is even happening in middle school with distance learning. Kids take tests and they get a score posted to their account. In some classes they never see the corrected tests nor get any feedback on what they got wrong. How dumb is that?

If I am not given the tools to learn from my mistakes I am doomed to repeat them.

I feel even worse for them. I can generally figure my way though it but middle schoolers are not nearly as likely as I am to approach the instructor and try and figure it out.
