This year. We need him in the post this year more than we will need him the following year IMO. For one, we won't have the shooters we will have in two years so we need to be able to get ours in other places. I honestly think he makes us a tournament team this year. I think we are a tourney team with or without him in two years.

Assuming that he sees the thing out through a year of playing, I would go for next year. Even with his talent, this would be a transition year. Next year we will probably benefit more from his play in real terms.

I echo Yaman's thoughts. We need him more this year than next and who's to say if he has to sit a year whether he will be back at all. I'm just not holding my breath on a favorable ruling, though. Our history with the NCAA is ****.
