Prohm got pissed

And you’re here to defend your fellow anti prohm people. Shocking.
Just helping you two with your comprehension issues. I know it’s a result of your misery, but if you take off the group think glasses you’ll have a better chance.

The king of group think saying this about anyone.

Projection is such a typical response when caught for your truth.

How can I get a Fran Emoji?

Sorry, you can't have one. jimlad.png

Seriously, you can save it for yourself. Or become a Super Fanatic. It comes with the Dumb emoticon. Well not exactly together, but they do belong together.

Cat Stevens said:
But then again people around the basketball department actually want them to win. So they don’t have to deal with people hoping they lose so they can criticize the coach. Big big difference.

I really think this is a figment of your imagination. Some may dislike the coach and are critical at every turn. However I don’t think those feelings ever translate into “I hope my favorite team losses so I can jump on CF and give Cat Stevens a hard time.”

My reading comprehension?

Not really related to the topic at hand but does Prohm getting mad remind anyone else of the Seinfeld episode where Lori Laughlin plays his gf that doesn't think he is capable of getting mad? To me, Prohm just seems like the type of person that rarely gets mad so when he does, its hard to take him serious. I find it funny when he gets worked up because I'm the same way, no one takes me serious when I'm angry.

When someone who normally doesn’t get angry gets angry I tend to take them more serious because they aren’t exploding about every dumb thing so what they are angry about must be justified.

Someone like mccaffrey I’d just laugh when he gets mad because he does it so often.

Like the boy who cried wolf.

I actually thought Hoiberg was more like that. I remember him getting T'd up vs. KU in the '14 Big 12 semifinals and also yelling at Monte and someone in the first round NCAA game when they got cute instead of just getting the bucket. I don't recall that many times though that he was yelling at anyone.

Prohm to me looks pretty vocal on the sidelines and seems to let the team/players have it although I've not been there live since 2017 so just small samples.

I think the insinuation from Cat’s post is that people on here want their favorite team to lose so they can get on CF and criticize Prohm. I don’t think that is reality but who knows.

Not sure if it's that far but there definitely is a 'I told you so' kind of vibe along with keeping up the narrative that an NCAA tourney berth is failure.

I'm still trying to figure out who Prohm is as a coach. For his first two years he basically just kept CFH's sysstem in place because those were the players he had.

Last year, he didn't have anywhere near a full roster so it was hard to tell what he wanted to do.

This year, the team looks talented but without an identity. They certainly aren't an elite defensive team. They really only click on offense when two or more players get hot on a particular day.

Listening to the latest CF podcast they pointed out that the team rarely runs offense. The offense is predicated on individuals being able to score.

So I'm confused about what Prohm's system is. Does he not intend to run an offense? Is he trying to implement a system and the players aren't buying in.

It would be nice to know what he wants the image of the team to be.

Does he ever get pissed in a huddle? At practice? After selfish play? During horseplay on the bench while down 16?

I was sitting 3 rows behind our bench Saturday vs ttech and every time morrietti made an open 3 prohm lost his mind. He would turn to the bench and scream don't ever leave him. Someone left him for a split second to help in the post and morrietti hit his 3rd or 4th 3 pointer prohm turned and screamed at the bench DON'T EVER LEAVE HIM FOR ANY REASON! I thought he was gonna pass out he was so pissed.
