Prices this weekend

Approximately how many tickets do you all think are available on the secondary markets? Isn't the stadium going to be half halk fans anyway because they all bought season tickets for this one game?

The only Hoks who bought season tickets got seats in the tops of the upper deck corners. I predict about 10% Hoks. And only because they have so many rich fans without good judgment (about the team they cheer for and the amount they spend).

It will be more than 10%. There was 10% UNI folks there, and that was the least I have ever seen of purple at that game. I think with the novelty Gameday drawing people in, it will end up being 25% UI fans. Sadly. I can't really remember what they had in 2017, maybe about that same 25%?

Have to say, it IS tempting to see if you could get $500+ for my pair of tix... That isn't the whole year cost of season tix plus donation, but it would sure put a dent in it.

25% is over 15,000 people. Heck the 10% you say of UNI fans is over 6,000. There were a decent amount but I doubt there were that many. There’s no way Iowa has 15,000.

No way will it be 25% this year and it wasn't 25% in 2017. Let's see if anyone on here would say that it was 25% Hok fans in the areas around them in 2017. If no one does, then I'll take that as evidence it was far less.

I just hope the people selling tickets aren't selling them to hawk fans... This is a huge opportunity to for ISU to have gameday and the less hawks in our stadium for it the better. Sometimes I just hate greed.
This. Make sure this is an ISU to ISU transaction before the stadium ends up looking like Nebraska at Colorado.

Only a few here and there by me in 2017. I'd go with 10%. Not sure Gameday is that much of a draw for the older hok fans that normally travel. Don't see a lot of UI students paying 250-500 a ticket to get in. They may hangout at Gameday and I hope the City of Ames makes bank on them parking around the neighborhood.

One of my kids isn't going. Wish there was a way to "rent" her jr. cyclone club ticket and get it back after the game!

Sell your ticket but tell them it only gets them in and they have to sit in the grass section. If you have another kid that is.

I bet 10 mins after kickoff you can get in for face value, or less.

yes this is a huge game, but its not like this is new york, boston, chicago, LA etc with 5-10 million people around.

Yeah this is way off if you ask me. i thought in 2017 there were as few TOE fans at JTS as i've ever seen and i think it will be even less this year with our season ticket numbers at 46K... that only leaves 15.5K single game tickets available and most of those were bought up before the single tickets went on sale to the public. Iowa fans that get in are either lucky to get a ticket or are paying a pretty penny.

Yeah just bringing my older kid. It's a pass though so I'd have to get it back.

25% Iowa fans?! You, sir, are insane if you truly think this. No ifs ands or buts...flat out of your mind.

By the time single tickets were available, for this game, to mobile pass holders there were less than 50 tickets left, all singles so I don’t think there were any general public tickets available for purchase for this game. UNI looked to only use about a quarter of their allotment, the bottom section was only half full and I did not see an upper section.

I saw two people in Iowa shirts at the UNI game. I had to restrain my wife from going over and yelling (or what she considers yelling) at them. My guess is the people who wore purple two weeks ago are the same ones wearing black (TM) next weekend.

The downside of playing UNI and Iowa at home in the same years, a season ticket becomes more of an option for them when the pantherhawks want to go to 2 games.
