Preorder Tickets During Break

I don't know what kind of issue other people had getting through on Ticketmaster on these, but it is was kind of a mess. Sure these are Jr. Clone Club tickets but ISU sends you an preorder pass-code and that is what you use to get them through Ticketmaster. Followed everything they tell you to do, and get the "you have exceeded the ticket limit" I'm like WTF for three tickets? My wife was on her iPad, I was on my cell phone and after about 10 minutes we got through and was able to get K-State and Texas Tickets. I went through my computer later to see what they had left for the game on 12/20. Ticketmaster then tells me that the preorder pass-code is invalid.

Just thankful I am in the house for a couple Big 12 games
 
The code worked for me for the UT and KSU games but absolutely would not work for the other two games. Did everything the exact same way, no luck. Had to call ticket office to order. System is a mess and needs fixed.

Trying to get through this system as well--what is the max allowed # of tickets you should be able to buy with this code? Also saying I am exceeding ticket limit.

I believe the max is 4 tickets. That's what it was last year anyways.
 
I'm on the ISU Ticket Office site and I don't even see anything about MBB single game tickets. Only WBB season tickets.
 
My sister and I had issues, too, with the 11/25 game. We both ordered tickets for KState and Texas through our JCC memebership code. Then when she and I both tried for 11/25 game we would both get the "number of tickets has exceeded the event" or whatever message. Tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome--obviously a Ticketmaster issue. There were clearly tickets available because when you searched for tickets they were row 5 yet. She ended up getting it to work for her eventually.

Each family has a different code for their JCC membership. You can get as many free tickets as you have memberships--we have 4 kids/memberships and can purchase up to 4 additional tickets. The code only works once per game.

Right now only for families who have Junior Cyclone Club memberships for 4 break games.

Thanks. I overlooked that in the OP. Saw "tickets" "for sale" and panicked.
 
If you got an email, each family is given a different code. The system is a joke and you can't even get a person to talk to anymore. I finally called the ticket office and 20 minutes later I got seats in row 17 in the area circle. I had tickets in row 3 but that was going through Ticketmaster and it had all my info and it accepted by credit card and then it said " you have exceeded the ticket limit". I checked on Ticketmaster and it did not process, so the system is a mess!!

I get it, I had 2 alarms set to buy tickets this morning. :) Hopefully there are tickets and no issues like this when single game go on sale for others.
