Mark my words, this will be a tougher game to win than the Iowa game was last week. First of all, it's on the road, and 2nd Toledo might be better than Iowa.
After seeing how inept our offense was last week, I don't give us much of a chance. Sam will have to have a big day passing, and we'll have to convert drives into TD's, not FG's.
Also, factor in that we are supposedly wearing our **** ugly red matte helmets, and I don't give us much of a chance. Toledo wins 24-20, so I guess we cover the spread, but still lose.
I will say this.... this game is HUGE for ISU though. Win and we go 2-1 heading into KU which should hopefully make us 3-1. Lose this one though, and watch out. We fall to 1-2 and then the KU game suddenly becomes a toss up IMO.
Any slim chance of a bowl game this year depends on tonight IMO. Lose and you can kiss any chance at all of bowling down the drain IMO.
Rhoads will be fighting for his job every game this year, but a loss tonight would be really hard to overcome.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but wasn't Toledo getting beat by Stony Brook before their game was cancelled? I really doubt Toledo is a bad team, but I have to think that Arkansas was looking past Toledo and instead focusing on their game this weekend with Texas Tech. Toledo definitely deserves respect for their win against Arkansas, but I'm not buying into the hype that they are the better team just yet.

Offense finally blow some its wad and scores 40 points defense ***** slaps the Toledo and holds them to under 20. Isu 42-17. Ok, I'm drinking already.
Don't mention the T-word because that is really the key here assuming DT is actually playing. If our offense can actually drive I think we win. If the O struggles and the D starts getting repped out I don't like our chances against their run game in the 2nd half.
