I got a code and would like to go, but not for sure that I will be able to. If I buy them and can't go, my worry is that I won't be able to re-sell due to the will call/credit card requirements.

Don't worry, everyone has the code now so I doubt you would get tickets. You'd be able to resell them for more than you paid guaranteed if you did get them though.
