Silly me, I thought we were ranked in Dallas.
Yet still better than anyone Iowa beat. Obviously ISU fans wanted a better opponent, but not our fault Oregon slid into the PAC 12 'ship due to Covid and won it.
We were 100% focused in the Fiesta and only a handful of schools would have beaten us.
We would have beat any PAC school, we would have beat the brakes off Floridas bad defense if we played in the Cotton.
At least you are the first person on here that admitted that playing a crappy Oregon team in a NY6 bowl was disappointing. That isn't any fault of ISU, it is just what happens in a COVID year.
I totally agree, and that is why I kept saying if I were an ISU fan I'd be ticked Oregon got in the Fiesta. If you got to play a top 10 Florida or Georgia would have been 10000000000x better.
And yet ISU played a FULL conference schedule PLUS another game with Oklahoma...we earned our ranking and no body gave it to us.
You act like Oregon should be in the Mountain west. Good lord UO isn't horrible.
Oregon is absolutely horrible for a NY6 game. Every other NY6 team that would have smoke them just like ISU did.

What’s more worthy of being ticked about: playing Oregon in the Fiesta bowl or playing an entire schedule of dogsh*t teams?
Maybe who knows, just maybe ISU is pretty damn good. You guys being upset about this is comical.
They lost 2 games by a combined 7 and beat the team Iowa was excited to beat in last years bowl game.
The funny thing is this convo will go on until next football season. Anything to make them feel better.
What don't you get about what I am saying? I think ISU is pretty good and deserved to prove that on the field by playing a fellow top 10 team in a NY6 game, instead of a dog**** (compared to other NY6 teams) Oregon.
We have lost 5 in row to Iowa yet talk crap to them. We are their little b&tch until we can prove we can beat them
What don't you get? UO won the Pac12, that isn't ISU's fault. That is how the system works, not my fault the B10 dicked the dog.
No worries, I guess I think ISU deserved better than ISU fans think they deserved.
Well bring it up with the playoff committee, I am not going to apologize for beating who we matched up with.
