I would suggest the following response from a direct and PR perspective.
Jamie should write out a personal check and pay the fine. Just say he paid the fine and they will continue to address concerns internally.
President Leath should then issue a press release announcing a $25,000 bonus for Jamiie Pollard earned for reasons he cannot discuss publicly, or he might violate B12 rules.
