In my opinion, his tweets are far from a tirade. He is stating his long held opinion on this subject. Personally, I do not see why it is getting so much publicity today; especially on KXnO. Personally, I would be o.k. with a small monthly stipend being paid to football and men's basketball players; however, I do not think there is a way to make it work due to Title IX. Go Cyclones!

Why is it getting so much play on KXNO? Well because the "personalities" on that station are all no talent ***** clowns and they can't come up with their own material so of course they're gonna talk about this. My understanding is that ANY booster talking to ANY unsigned recruit about a specific school is a violation. So please enlighten me if I'm wrong or if what you're doing somehow doesn't fall into this category?

You are 100% correct. If he's talking to potential recruits and attempting to steer them to ISU its a potential major rules violation.
