One thing that stuck out to me...is we've been dead last in the Big 12 for almost every year when it comes to calculating how all of the sports have done. That's bad. We actually finished 11th this past year, ahead of K-State.
Pollard's goal is to be in the top half by 2011. We've never been higher than 9th.
I liked his take on the Chaplain issue. No real comments other than letting the process take it's course and thanking everyone for speaking out - even those against it. He especially thanked them, as their comments will help make sure the Chaplain stays what it should be rather than heading into something it could become - unintentionally.
Talked about the Big 12 in general. Pollard repeated some of his thoughts from a previous interview on how the Big 12 should investigate closely sharing revenue from TV deals.
Also, about 45,000 seats are spoken for already for the ISU-Iowa game.
