The field. ISU is a top 25 job in college basketball and the job isn’t open in June this time. We’re getting a good one.

Not necessarily disagreeing with you, but what factors make you think this is a top 25 job to 'outsiders' as of right now? Top 40 maybe?
Recruiting hotbed? no. Money to burn? no. Tradition of finishing top 3 in the conference? not often. Desired location? Not for everyone.
Great fan base?.....well heck YES if we can get Hilton rocking again!!!!

This is a stupid argument. Fred is a proven winner at Iowa State and the Big 12. I have no idea why Fred took the Nebraska job, but not even he can resurrect the Nebraska basketball program.

McDermott was a hot name locally, but not really sure nationally. Floyd was at New Orleans, Larry came out of nowhere, nobody would accept the job so we got Morgan. Fred was a massive gamble. Prohm came out of nowhere.
