Really loved this interview. I always wonder what the relationship is like between former players, he specifically say Shayok and Naz reached out to him. I think it's cool they are helping him feel comfortable since he couldn't get on campus.
He developed an app as a sophomore in college... yeah, he's a smart kid! I never would've even attempted such a thing and I have only been out of school for 5 years
And that he referenced the Georges and Monte podcast - looks like he did a lot of homework.
Uh oh! Probably ineligible now due to boosters recruiting him.
Seems like a really good young man. Good character addition to the team.

It was the championship of the preseason tournament in Niceville, Florida. I think it is the same one that we are returning to this year in November.
I think most of us would remember it as the "and Nader ugh" tournament...
Anyways, JCL had a "blah" game. Played 20 minutes, 2/5 from the field, 1/4 from three, turned it over twice, not a great game for the freshman.
Probably guarded/guarded by Monté Morris. He had 20 with an offensive rating of 142.2, so Monté was probably beating up on him like he usually did.
This should also be a reminder of how old he is.

His personality and resume make it seem like he could really be a key piece for this year. Sounds like the perfect fit.
